James S.G. Macdonald is a partner of the firm and has practiced at the Brampton office of Davis Webb since he was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. He obtained a Masters of Law in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution in 2015. He practices litigation and acts for individuals and businesses in a wide variety of real estate, commercial, corporate, employment, estate and municipal matters.Jim regularly conducts trials, motions, applications and appeals at the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario as well as at a number of administrative tribunals. His Superior Court practice includes cases held in Brampton, Toronto, Milton, Newmarket, Guelph and Orangeville.
